iPhone user experience (by Bruce Tognazzini)

Abbiamo annunciato, parlato, chiaccherato e raccontato, dialogato e discusso (bisticciato). Ora qualcuno (Bruce Tognazzini*) finalmente ha provato iPhone e ne descrive, in modo piuttosto laico, vantaggi e svantaggi dal punto di vista della user experience.
Lettura super consigliata.

* Bruce Tognazzini was hired at Apple by Steve Jobs and Jef Raskin in 1978, where he remained for 14 years, founding the Apple Human Interface Group.  He has been a harsh critic of many of Apple’s later innovations, including the notorious round mouse (“farcical”) and the Macintosh Dock (see: Top 10 Reasons the Apple Dock Sucks).  He is almost as stingy with his compliments as his partner, Don Norman. That makes this particular column, largely positive, most unusual.

   Attenzione!

   Guarda che dice che *non* lo ha provato, ma basa il suo pezzo su impressioni, informazioni raccolte in giro e testimonianze di terzi.

   Correggi il post, ché eviti la gaffe. (e poi non dire che non sono buono: avrei potuto infierire! )

   ammetto la gaffe, ma non correggo, l’articolo è comunque molto molto interessante, leggilo che ti fa bene…
   le sue riflessioni, anche se non basate sul “tatto” mi sembrano più sensate delle tue… che (almeno in parte) sono troppo (come ho già detto) prevenute. Ah! Non l’ho detto, ma lo penso!
